vodka, sea-buckthorn purée, fresh lemon and honey syrup. Sea-buckthorn purée supplies the sharp orange-berry flavor associated with Russia’s northern and eastern regions. Honey rounds its acidity without hiding it, creating a bright sour for a winter aperitif.
