vodka, sea-buckthorn syrup, ginger beer and fresh lime. Sea-buckthorn syrup gives this Siberian mule its vivid tartness and cold-climate berry character. Ginger beer and lime make the vodka drink brisk and warming at once, a good early-evening serve after a cold day.
