kaoliang spirit, chilled soda and grapefruit peel. Kaoliang, Taiwan’s powerful sorghum spirit, is lengthened here with cold soda and lifted by grapefruit oil. The highball stays fragrant and clean, making the robust spirit approachable at the start of an evening.
