The story behind Ara Highball
Ara is Bhutan’s traditional distilled or fermented grain spirit, often made from rice, maize or barley. This house highball lengthens its earthy warmth with honey, lemon and soda.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
