The story behind Arak Limonana
This house drink combines Levantine arak with limonana, the mint-lemon cooler ubiquitous in Israel. The anise spirit adds depth to a frozen drink designed for the region’s heat.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
