- 2 oz (60 ml) gin
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh calamansi juice
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) simple syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) soda water

How to make it
- 1Chill a highball glass and measure each ingredient.
- 2Add gin, calamansi juice, simple syrup and soda water to an ice-filled shaker and shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.
- 4Finish with calamansi wheel and serve immediately.
