The story behind Ceylon Arrack Sour
Coconut arrack and palm syrup give this Sri Lankan house sour its unmistakable regional foundation. Lime and aromatic bitters create a dry, spicy finish that suits a small aperitif before dinner.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
