The story behind Dutch Mule
This house mule replaces vodka with jenever, the Netherlands’ historic malt-and-juniper spirit. Ginger and lime lift jenever’s grainy, botanical character in a familiar long drink.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
