The story behind Jallab Arak Highball
This house highball pairs Lebanon’s anise-flavored arak with jallab, a date-and-grape syrup drink served across the Levant. Water and soda lighten the rich fruit while pine nuts reference the traditional presentation.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
