The story behind Mahia Sour
This house sour is built around mahia, Morocco’s traditional fig spirit. Lemon and honey complement its fruit and spice, presenting a regional spirit in a familiar balanced format.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
