The story behind Pyongyang Soju Highball
Soju keeps this North Korea-inspired highball light, while cucumber and cold soda make it clean and restrained. It is conceived as a gentle early-evening accompaniment to food, not as a claim of a historic Pyongyang cocktail.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
