The story behind Rivella Spritz
This house spritz uses Rivella, the distinctive Swiss soft drink made with milk whey. Dry vermouth and grapefruit make its herbal, lightly tangy character feel at home in an aperitif.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
