When it's five here, try Kiribati Rum Punch

dark rum, coconut water, pineapple and lime. Coconut water is the Kiribati cue in this lightened rum punch, backed by pineapple and sharp lime. The result is cooling and gently tropical, made for sharing as the equatorial afternoon gives way to sunset.
