The story behind Baijiu Highball
Baijiu is China’s defining grain spirit, more often toasted neat at banquets than mixed. This house highball uses a light-aroma style with lemon and soda to make its distinctive fermentation notes approachable.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
