The story behind Shanghai Mule
Baijiu gives this Shanghai house mule its Chinese grain-spirit character, with cucumber cooling its assertive aroma. Ginger beer and lime create a crisp, spicy long drink for a modern bar’s early-evening hour.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
