The story behind Bia Hơi Shandy
A light Vietnamese lager forms the base of this shandy, sharpened with lime and a peppery ginger soda. Lower in intensity than a spirit-led cocktail, it is designed for a hot, sociable early evening over food.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
