The story behind Vietnamese Coffee Martini
This house Martini adapts Vietnam’s intensely brewed coffee and condensed milk into a cocktail. Vodka keeps the focus on the roasted, bittersweet flavor familiar from cà phê sữa đá.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
