The story behind Congo Ginger Rum
This house cocktail draws on ginger and tropical fruit flavors familiar in Central Africa, pairing them with aged rum and lime. It is a site-created regional interpretation, not a historic Congolese classic.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
