- 2 oz (60 ml) vodka
- 4 oz (120 ml) Lemon & Paeroa soda
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

How to make it
- 1Chill a highball glass and measure each ingredient.
- 2Add vodka, Lemon & Paeroa soda and lemon juice to the highball glass, putting any sparkling ingredient in last.
- 3Add ice and stir gently three times to combine without flattening bubbles.
- 4Finish with lemon wheel and serve immediately.
