Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) white rum
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) lychee juice
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz (7 ml) simple syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) soda water

How to make it
- 1Chill a highball glass and measure each ingredient.
- 2Add white rum, lychee juice, lime juice, simple syrup and soda water to the highball glass, putting any sparkling ingredient in last.
- 3Add ice and stir gently three times to combine without flattening bubbles.
- 4Finish with skewered lychee and lime wheel and serve immediately.
