The story behind Papelón Rum Highball
Papelón syrup brings the deep, earthy sweetness of Venezuelan unrefined cane sugar to aged rum. Lime and soda turn that combination into a bright patio highball for dusk.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
