- 2 oz (60 ml) white port
- 4 oz (120 ml) chilled tonic water

How to make it
- 1Chill a wine glass and measure each ingredient.
- 2Add white port and chilled tonic water to the wine glass, putting any sparkling ingredient in last.
- 3Add ice and stir gently three times to combine without flattening bubbles.
- 4Finish with orange slice and mint sprig and serve immediately.
