- 2 oz (60 ml) blanco tequila
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) sparkling mineral water

How to make it
- 1Chill a highball glass and measure each ingredient.
- 2Add blanco tequila, lime juice and sparkling mineral water to the highball glass, putting any sparkling ingredient in last.
- 3Add ice and stir gently three times to combine without flattening bubbles.
