The story behind Gambier Vanilla Punch
Tahitian vanilla is the defining Gambier Islands note in this aged-rum punch, supported by coconut water and pineapple. Soft, aromatic and tropical, it is designed for a quiet South Pacific sunset.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
