The story behind Marquesan Rum Sour
Passion fruit and vanilla give this Marquesas-inspired rum sour its fragrant Polynesian center. Lime adds a firm edge, producing a lush but balanced drink for the hour when island heat begins to fade.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
