The story behind West Coast Gin Highball
Australian gin and rosemary give this west-coast highball a dry botanical profile, while lemon and tonic keep it bright. The long, cooling format is made for an outdoor sundowner after a warm day.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
