The story behind Brisbane Rum Highball
Australian dark rum gives this Brisbane highball its molasses depth, lifted by spicy ginger beer and lime. The tall, fizzy build is made for the city’s warm subtropical early evenings.
This is a Where It's Five house creation inspired by local ingredients and drinking traditions, not a historic national cocktail.
